EXCLUSIVE SERVICE
We start with an in-person consultation where we walk you through all available options. We design the pool and backyard based on your input taking in consideration the size of your yard, your budget and any local restrictions.
Within just a few days after the in-person consultation we deliver you a 3D design for your to critique and we expect that you will want changes made. We will work with you in person at our office or via email to make any necessary modifications. Once we have settled on the design we provide a line item proposal for your review.
Currently due to COVID the average pool project can be completed within 12-18 weeks after EXCAVATION.
Unique designs may require longer build cycles due to the complexity of the design or the features included.
Excavation occurs after the permits have been approved.
Permitting includes the engineering calculations, pool plan, affidavit (depending on the municipality)
and completing the permit forms. This is considered the pre-submission process and it may take between 2-4 weeks depending on a number of factors.
The permit approval time is the time in which the municipality takes to process the completed submission. This time can take up to 4 weeks depending on the volume of permits they are processing and the municipality that is processing the permit.
